The Emotionary.

"For months, I tried to define every emotion I've ever felt, and asked my friends to do the same," says Eden Sher, creator of the website The Emotionary, which aims to assign "words that don't exist [to] feelings that do." Below, a few examples:

I'm a fan. And I'm pretty sure, for better or for worse, that I've spent the past year in a near-constant state of conflightenment. See more at the Emotionary, here. Found via Explore

Prelament is my favorite of the ones you shared. I definitely feel that a lot.

  2. I LOVE this!!! I feel like I do this myself on a daily basis...sometimes the English language just isn't enough to explain how I'm feeling. I am the queen of emodulation. And I feel conflightened SO often. Screw you, little red dotty lines under those words as I write this. They are real. =P

  3. You find the best things! I know I say that all the time, but you really do. I'm glad that flossichism is a real thing. I experience that and DINES (Debilitating Infinite Need to Eat Syndrome) often.

Good luck with the move!! The best part about moving? Once you're done, anything you eat tastes that much more amazing.

  4. This is great! I too am very familiar with feeling conflightened (unfortunately also with emodulating - eeek!), but my very favorite definition is that of futifaction: "the hollow smugness" - awesome :) Have a good move, Shoko - I hope your new place will feel like home soon!

  5. Oh my god, awesome! I love futifaction. And prelament. And I also am totally guilty of emodulating because I don't want to overwhelm people with my excitement.

Also, just last night I was telling my husband that there needs to be a word for the phenomena that happens where as soon as you get comfortable in bed, you immediately have to pee. You know, besides the word "annoying."
