Japan 1.

A few things that made me smile today: "fish" for breakfast (this is actually a sweet treat filled with chestnut and red bean),

washi tape galore,

an unusual canine carrier,

and, last but not least, my parents. (Can you spot my mom?)

PS: I'm on Oh Joy! today - check out my "Closet & Casa" feature, here! Thanks so much for having me, Joy and Bri!

So many great things about this post. But the best thing, well two of them, the dog carrier (only in Japan) and you mother lurking in the background.

Oh my GOSH, that photo of you and your folks is just adorable. And I'm jealous of all the washi. :)

OH MY HILARIOUS!!! I totally would have adorned one of those doggie carriers when I had my two yorkies. I use to walk around my apt. with my one yorkie sebastian hanging out in my overall pouch OR tucked in my hoodie, with it belted below him so he wouldn't fall out...that was how he took his naps! Hilarious! ;)

cute blog by the way. :)

Hi! I blog-hopped from Oh Joy! I love your blog! I think I'm gonna be spending the whole afternoon back-reading through it. :)

What's really cute is that Max Wanger has been one of my all-time favorite photographers ever. I can see that cool-ness totally runs in the family. :)

Stevie P & Natalie - I'm having such a good time. Can't wait to tell you about it when I get back!

Chelsea - Washi tape is the best. Just looking at those colorful little rolls makes me happy.

Wayne & Britt - Thank you, thank you!

Roxy - Thanks! And I know, the dog carrier is such a trip! SO funny.

Joy - She IS pretty cute, isn't she? :)

Jacquelyn, Ley, and Bikbik - I'm so glad you found me! Thanks so much for checking out my blog! Ley, that's so sweet - I don't think I'll ever be as cool as Max, but it's something I aspire to everyday :)

Your family is so cute! I don't look it nearly as much as you do, but I am actually Japanese and German :) You are so unbelievably gorgeous!
