Lonely And/Or Alone.

These haunting snapshots are part of a larger series by photographer Sannah Kvist, who calls it "a small collection of lonely and/or alone men I don't know."

All of Sannah's work is beautiful - visit her website, here, and blog, here

Also, if you've got a moment, hop on over to Kate's blog, Embarrassment of Riches, to read my contribution to her "NYC Diaries" series. And if you haven't already seen Bri's style post from yesterday (featuring photos by my brother, Max), check it out - I had a lot of fun writing the captions!

La vie, of course! I can't take credit for this beautiful work - all of that goes to Sannah Kvist - but yes, I love the shadows, too! And those tail lights in the parking lot give me chills.

these are amazing. I love how the figures are so subtle. It's almost like they're not even there...and I think that's the point.

Also LOVED your contribution to the NYC Diaries (including your work for Rue Magazine as well as the photo shoot for the Ban.do ad - you look stunning!). And of course I love your brothers work - I was introduced to it through A Cup of Jo and have been a big fan ever since :)
