Beautiful words to start this very lovely Friday.

It's been an especially word-y week here; I love it. Wishing you all a very happy weekend. Any plans?

  4. Photos of people laughing - especially kids - make me so happy! I'm really excited that the brisket I've been curing is finally going to get smoked and eaten this weekend. Fingers crossed that it comes out edible! Happy March and a happy weekend to you, Shoko!

  7. Kathy, that sounds incredible!

Nicole, scones, yum! I'll be checking out a show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg this weekend, celebrating a birthday, and watching the new episode of Girls. Hopefully I'll squeeze some work somewhere in there, too :)

  9. I moved last weekend and I actually have a date this weekend. Met online and haven't chatted much so it's pretty much a blind date to explore Dallas. I can think of worse things to do?
