Big, Big Blooms.

Monstrous flowers on a Monday, made from crepe paper by San Francisco's Tiffanie Turner. (The ones pictured two images down are pinatas; the rest are from Turner's show at Rare Device, called Heads.) For best viewing, enjoy while listening to this.

Visit Tiffanie Turner's website, here. Found via This Isn't Happiness. Coming this week: plans for change, and a new POV.

Gosh the first flower looks so real, I've seen tutorials for paper flowers but you can always tell they're paper, I guess these go more in the fine art category.

Love this ... when I lived away in Abu Dhabi, I made lots of paper flowers to cheer up my too-big-for-me whitewashed apartment. Worked a charm.

Love it. I've been obsessed with florals lately, both real and on clothing.

Aw man, I totally thought that first picture was of a real flower! Still super cool, though. =]
